Instruction :

1. Make a new file
2. Make the background color to black using paint bucket tool
3. Make new layer and use brush to make a big pinkish/purple color in the middle
4. Right click the layer > blending opt. > gradient overlay > change the color to pinkish and

blue
5. Make a new layer > change foreground color to pink and background color to black
6. Go to filter > render > clouds
7. Make a new layer > brush , set the color to white , choose a star like brush and apply it .
8. Go to blending option > click outer glow > change blend mode to color dodge. (star layer)
9. Crop the hand image and drag it to the workspace
10. Go to blending opt > click outer glow , color to white > click bevel and emboss
11. Duplicate the hand layer > image > adjustment > threshold > set to 100
12. Go to filter > blur > radial blur > position it at the middle of the palm
13. Using magnetic lasso tool select the palm > select inverse > press backspace
14. Open the other images ,cut it and paste it in your workspace
15. Choose the car layer > blending opt > bevel and emboss
16. Right click the car layer and copy layer style
17. Paste the layer style to all other images
